~ ~ ~ I, HENRY G. COYLB, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
• hereby make, publi$h and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Personal Representative to
pay out of my residuary estate all of my just debts, including
the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise to my friend, B. W.
BIGGER, my Tiffany grandfather clock, my Italian bronze
lamp, and my Master's unlimited license. i
CLAUSE III: I give and devise to my friend, MARION
R. BIGGER, my sterling silver tea and coffee service with
tray. -
CLAUSE IV: I give, devise and bequeath all of the
rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and personal,
j wherever situate and whether acquired before or after the
execution of this Will, to my. friend, HALLIE E. ROWS, pre-
sently residing at 308-B North 11th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida.
CLAUSE V: I nominate and appoint my friend, CHESTER
B. GRIFFIN, as personal representative of this Will, to serve
without bond, and in the event he shall die, resign, or be
unable or unwilling for any reason to serve as such', then I
K name and appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCfE COUNTY, Fort fierce,
Florida, or its corporate successor, as .such Personal Re-
presentative.
