O R D E R-
- THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon~the
Petition, Writ, and upon testimony adduced by the respective

parties, and the argument of counsel having been heard, and

the cause considered by the Court, the Court finds that the

Petitioner is the natural mother and legal guardian of the
t
infant, ALANA MILLER, to whom custody of the said infant has
- previously been awarded by Order of this•Court, dated Febru-
ary 13, 1979, and is entitled to the custody of her person;
and it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, THOr1AS H.
I
MILLER, shall deliver custody of the minor child, ALANA MILLER,
I ~
to the Petitioner, DIANNE MILLER, and that the same be done
prior to 1:30 p.m., April 15, 1980.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie
County, Florida, this 15th day of April 1980.
