THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard and upon
the parties hereto, by the respective counsel, having
presented a Petition for a Child Custody Study to be
conducted by the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, and the Court, considering the same as a Joint
Motion, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the social and economic
s
services of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services of the State of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute
Section 61.20, is hereby directed and ordered to make investi- y
gation of the social circumstances concerning the minor child
of the parties hereto, and to render a child custody study
and report to this Court and to the parties hereto, involving
such offices of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, as will be necessary to conduct a full investigation
and study in Saint Lucie County.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County,
Florida this 15th day of April, 1980.
