River County, Florida, the said Parties of the First Part were

authorized and empowered to sell and convey any real property ~

or any other asset of the Estate of the said Tennie Lee Bradley

without authorization or confirmation of any Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and in
further consideration of the sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) purchase money paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of this Deed, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
the Fsrties of the First Part have sold and conveyed, and do
hereby sell and convey unto the said Party of the Second Part,
his heirs and assigns, all of that tract or parcel of land
situate in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and
described as follows: `
Lot 9, Block 158,, LAKEWOOD PARK UNIT N0. 12, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages ~
26-A and 26-B of the Public Records of St. Lucie #
County, Florida.
Subject to all easements, restrictions and reser-
vations of record, and to taxes and assessments
subsequent to December 31, 1979.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Part of the
