This cause came on for trial this~of , 1980
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, .finds and determines
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this e.~it; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MfARRIAGE. The marriage between MICHAEL WAYNE RUSSELL i
and ROSE BROi~1N RUSSELL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: That MI(~iAEL i~YNE RUSSSIl. shall hold harmless ROSE BROiJN
j RUSSELi, from installment payments on any personal property or vehicles wherein her
name or credit is involved and in the event she shall be compelled to protect her
name and credit she shall be entitled to ownerah#p thereof by appropriate petition
to the Court transferring the Same to ROSE BROHN RUSSELL and MICHAEL Z~eiYNE RUSSELL
is ordered to paq the family debts by them incurred to date and hold RASE BROHN
RUSSELL harmless therein.
3_ RESTORATION OF NAME: ROSE BROWN RUSSELL be and she is hereby authorized
to assume her former name of ROSE BROHN and to use the same in all respects as if said
marriage had not intervened.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER: MICIiAEL T~TAYNE RUSSELL is enjoined and restrained
from any act of violence, harassment and/or intimidation toward the petitioner. .
5. JURISDICATION: Juriadcition of this cause, and the parties hereto
is retained for the entrq of such further orders as may be proper.
