FINAL JUDGMENT

This cause-came on for trial the ~ day of April, 1900,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between PAUL N. ARLEDGE
j and MARILYN J. ARLEDGE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties.
~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of RYAN B. ARLEDGE, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to MARILYN J. ARLEDGE with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to PAUL N. ARLEDGE.
3. SUPPORT: All issues pertaining to support of the minor child
are held in abeyance consistent with the Property Settlement Agreement herein.
4. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement dated March 24,
1980, is .incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof and to execute the instruments of transfer
and/or conveyance as provided therein to affect the purposes set out in the
Property Settlement Agreement and in the absence thereof, the titles referred
to therein, shall be transfered and conveyed by operation of law.
