FINAL JUDGMENT ,;DI SSaL~~1~1tI AGE This cause came on for trial the th day of April 1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARY ANN ALLAN and JAMES LEE ALLAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties I and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the. obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMIE LEE ALLAN and CRYSTAL ANN ALLAN, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARY ANN ALLAN with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES LEE ALLAN. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of 1980, JAMES LEE ALLAN shalt pay to MARY .ANN ALLAN the sum of E80.00 each and every week for the support of the children named above, together with half of any # i } medical, dental or hospital expenses of the children upon notice of the same being given to the father. Each support payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to MARY ANN ALLAN. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of X2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment . made to the Clerk. All payments shall, be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
