PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR YILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
ation to him paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on
this day of 1980, releases from the lien of that

That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 817
and an undivided 1/47 share in those common elements appur-
tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, ,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that '
