valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
Lot 3, and the North 29.50 feet of Lot 4, R. N. KOBLEGARD'S
SUBDIVISION, being a resubdivision of part of Lot 4 of
Russell's Subdivision of Section 28, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, according to a plat of said Koblegard's
Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 1, at page 37 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

LESS AND EXCEPT the West 770 feet of all the above described property.
SUBJECT TO an easement granted Brian D. Goff and Cathy F. Goff,_his
' wife, over the South 18 feet of the North 29.50 feet of said Lot 4 from
the shoreline of the Indian River to the Easterly boundary of the
