of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in favor of
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE; Which the Grantee(s)
herein specifically assumes and agrees to pay.
The Grantor herein covenants and avers that the lands conveyed hereby,
is not noW, nor has it ever been Grantor's homestead, and that it is not '
subject to Florida Homestead laWS.
and the Grantor does here fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever,
