• 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions-of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).•
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties. E

6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the•Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
-7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s) o -
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the ~
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the .Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortga~ed
