THIS CAUSE having come to be heard before the
Court and the Court having considered the evidence presented,
the arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, finds and determines as follows:
1. That the Defendant ALLEN R. HARVEY, SR.,
is indebted to the Plaintiff in the amount
of $ 3,600.83
2. That the Defendant ALLEN R. HARVEY, SR.
should pay to the Plaintiff its Court costs
incurred in connection with this matter, which the Court
finds to be $ 34.00 .
IT IS THEREUPON
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
That the Plaintiff have and recover from the Defendant
ALLEN R. HARVEY, SR., the sum
of $ 8;634.83 for which let execution issue. This Judgment

shall bear interest from the date hereof at the rate of S%
per annum.
