KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That, We, WILLIAM C. WATSON and MARX D. WATSON, have constituted,
made and appointed, .and bg these presents do make, constitute and
appoint ELIZABETH VALENTINE, of said State of Florida, Countg of
St. Lucie, mg true and lawful attorney in fact, for me and in mg
name, place and stead, to sell, conveg and execute deeds to Lot #7,
