"B," in accordance with, and subject to, all the terms, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, terms and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium, as
recorded in O.R. Book 291, beginning on Page 2102, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, including all exhibits and attachments thereto, and any subsequent
amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH the undivided interest in COMMON ELEMENTS, as declared in said Declaration
of Condominium and to be an appurtenance to the above described condominium dwelling unit.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, easements, rights-of-way and limitations of record,
zoning and/or other prohibitions imposed by governmental authority and taxes subsequent
to December 31, 1979.
Grantees, by their acceptance hereof, hereby expressly assume and agree to be bound by
and comply with all the covenants, ternts, provisions and conditions set forth and
contained in the aforesaid De laration of Condominium, including, but not limited to the
(SEE EXHIBIT ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.)
and said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to soid loud, and will defend the some against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
