NOVI', THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBtIGATtON' 1S SUCH, that if the Principal shall
promptly r-,ake payment to all persons supplying labor and r:,ateria: in the prosecution of the work pro-
vided for in said Contract, then this obligation to be void; othen,~ise shall reme;n in full to?ce. and effect.
PROVIDED, however, that Principal and Surety shall not be liable tc the Obligees or any of them
unless the Obligees or any of them have performed the obliga?ions to the Principal in accordance with
the terms of said Contract; and
PROVIDED, further, that rto suit, action or proceeding by reason of any default whatever shall be
t,roughi on this bond after one year from the day on which final payment under the Contract falls due;
and
PROVIDED, further, that Principa! and Surety shall not be IiablE to alt Obligees in the aggregate in
excess of the sum above slated.
