FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 15th day of
pril, 1980 upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court
awing given full consideration to all of the evidence and
bserved the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses
nd the Court making its determination as if there is no sexua
ifference between the parties, finds and determines: This
ourt has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
his suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
etween the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably
roken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
~ i esley J. Hunter, -Husband and Shirley A. Hunter, Wife be and
I he same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them
' ~ re hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
ore existing between them and from the obligations arising
I herefrom.
2. SUN REALTY and HUNTER-McKEEVER PROPERTIES: The
usband has no special equity in any of the Wife's interests

~'n Sun Realty of Fort Pierce,Inc.,a Florida Corporation or
#'n Hunter-McKeever Company, a Florida General Partnership or
ny of the properties owned jointly or as tenants in common
y Shirley A. Hunter and Claudia H. McKeever.
3. WIFE'S INDIVIDUAL PROPERTIES:- The Husband has no
pecial equity in any of the real or personal property owned
. y the Wife individually in the name of Shirley A. Hunter.
