BBFORB MB, the undersigned authority, personally appeared W.
N. MADDOX, JR., who, being duly sworn,~says that he fs the
President and Agent of W. N. MADDOX CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Florida
corporation, the Lienor herein whose address is 577 N.E. Ocean
Boulevard, Stuart, Florida, 33494, and that in pursuance of a
Contract with ISLAND PARTNERS, INC., and Co-Guarantor, W. F.
TAYLOR, Lienor furnished. labor, services, and materials as
general contractor consisting of renovation of former Sheraton
Motor Inn for the purpose of converting the same to a Condo-
minium, including but not limited to, new drywall, new cabinets,
repair and renovation of roof, new electrical and air-conditioning
systems and supervision of all work, on the real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described in Schedule
'A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, owned by ISLAND
PARTNERS, INC., for a total value of $556,830.98, of which there
remains unpaid $205,963.92, and furnished the first on the same on
November 20, 1979, and the last of the same on February 21, 1980.
