TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard, ex parte, without notice,
upon the prayer of the Petition herein, duly executed and sworn. to
by the Wife on the day of April, 1980, for a restraining order
and similar relief, and upon consideration thereof, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that_the Husband and Wife be, and they
are hereby, restrained and prohibited from 'harassing, molesting,
threatening, disturbing, striking or contacting each other~in any way
whatsoever or attempting to do any of the said things, at the parties'
place of residence or otherwise.
The Sheriff of St. Lucie County and .his authorized deputies

are hereby ordered to enforce the terms of this Restraining Order
upon notice by either party that same is being violated.
ENE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
