FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on for-hearing before this
Court, and a default judgment having been previously entered
against the Defendant , CLINT McCOY, and an Affidavit having
been filed by the Plaintiff, and upon the showing of the original
Promissory Note, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, herein:
The Court finds therefrom that this Court has
jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter.of
this suit; further that there is now due, owing and unpaid to
the Plaintiff, from the Defendant the following amounts:
Principal: $ 22,058.21 -
Advances: 278,73
Interest from March 20, 1980 .
through April 14, 1980: 149.17
TOTAL: $ 22,486.11
plus interest thereon at the rate of $5.9667 per diem from 4/14/80.
WHEREUPON, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties -
and of the subject matter of this suit.
(2) That the allegations contained in the Complaint
have been proven by the competent evidence, and that there is
now due and owing to the Plaintiff from the Defendants on the
Agreement indebtedness described in the Complaint the sum of
