Twenty-two Thousand Fifty-eight Dollars and 2I/100 ($22,058.21),
together with interest thereon from the 8th day of April, 1977
at the rate of 9.75$ per annum, said interest being computed
as of the 14th day of April, 1980, in the amount of $ 149.17,
plus $100.56_ Court Costs, and an attorneys' fee of $ ~(1 f ~ ~ ;
making a total of $ a. e?-s 7, due to the Plaintiff .

(3) That the equities of this cause are with the Plain-
tiff;
- (4) That a lien is held by the Plaintiff for the sum
specified in the preceeding paragraph, superior in dignity to
any right, title, interest or claim of the Defendants in the
above-styled cause upon the following described property,. to-wit:
Lot 20 of Block 27 of SUNLAND GARDENS, as .
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, at
Page 32 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie
County, Florida.
(5) If the aforesaid total sum due to the Plaintiff ~

and all costs of this proceeding incurred subsequent to the
date of this Judgment. are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the
Court shall sell that preperty at public sale within the legal
hours of sale on the ~ day of ~ , 1980 at
.m., a day not less than twe (20) days after the
date of this Judgment, to the highest bidder or bidders for cash t
art the East door of the Saint Lucie County Courthouse, in Fort ~
Pierce, .Florida, and after having first being given Notice as
requires by Section 45.031, of the Florida Statutes, 1978.
(6) The Plaintiff shall advance the cost of publica-
tion of the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making the
sale and shall be reimbursed therefore by the Clerk out of the
proceeds of the sale if the Plaintiff shall not become a pur-
chaser of the property.
(7) The Plaintiff may be a bidder for the purchase of

the property at the sale. If the Plaintiff shall be the pur-
chaser of the property at the sale, the Clerk shall credit on
the bid of -the Plaintiff, the total sum herein found due to the
Plaintiff or such portion thereof as may be necessary to
