pay fully the bid of the Plaintiff, except that the sums mentioned
in paragraph 8(a) of this Judgment must be paid in cash.
(8) Upon confirmation of the sale whether confirmation
be by the Clerk filing the Certificate of Title or by Order of
this Court ruling upon objections of that sale, the Clerk shall
make distribution of the proceeds of this sale by paying:
(a) All costs and expenses of these proceedings
subsequent to the entry of this Final Judgment, includign the
costs of publishing the Notice of Sale and Clerk's fee for making '
said sale (unless the Plaintiff, having already paid for those
two items of cost, shall be the purchaser at said sale), and
for the hereinabove stated attorneys' fees allowed to attorneys
for Plaintiff.
(b) The remaining amounts due the Plaintiff with inter-
est thereon as provided by statute from the dates hereof through
the date of sale .
(9) Should there be surplus after the payment above
specified, it shall be paid into the registry of the Court. Should
there be a deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount thereof
to the Court, and this Court shall retain jurisdiction to enter

a deficiency judgment on behalf of the Plaintiff, in the event
such deficiency should arise as a result of said aforementioned
sale.
(10) Upon confirmation of the sale, the Defendants
and all persons claiming by and through CLINT McCOY are severally
barred, and foreclosed of and from any right, title, interest,
claim or demand in or to said property, and the purchaser at
the sale, its agents and assigns, shall be let into possession
of said property without delay.
(11) This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause to
settle all other questions that this Court has jurisdiction to
settle under the Complaint in which the proceedings~~herein had
not settled by this or previous Judgments or Orders in this cause,
