O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the parties' Stipula-
tion of Settlement and the Plaintiff's Motion for Approval of
Settlement, Costs, Attorneys' Fees and Eor Authorization to Sign
Release, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The settlement whereby the Defendants will pay to the
Personal Representative on behalf of the Estate and the survivor,
~LOVIE MAE SANDLIN, is approved as are the prorations of the settle-
! ment proceeds as set forth in the above Motion.
2. The law firm of Montgomery, Lytal, Reiter, Denney and
Searcy, P. A., is hereby authorized to pay the sum of $3,535.78 -
~ on behalf of the Estate of Donald L. Sandlin to satisfy the claims
against the Estate as set forth in the above captioned Motion.
3. The attorneys' fees and costs as set forth in the above
captioned Motion are hereby approved.
4. DONALD L. SANDLIN, as Personal Representative of the Estate
of LEO SANDLIN, is hereby authorized to sign the necessary releases
~ required by the Defendants herein.
