Comes CHARLES WM. STONE upon his sworn oath as regards the

property described as captioned and says: '
1. That the affiant fears in the chain of title by reason of
a Quit-claim deed from JOHN W. HUNT who at the time was a single adult 1
having been divorced from SHARON D. HUNT immediately prior to the

execution of the deed of December 18, 1978, wherein SHARON D. HUNT deeded j
.to JOHN W. HUNT, the above described property and that the said parties
executed the deed from SHARON D. HUNT, a single adult, to .JOHN W. HUNT,
a single adult, as a part of a settlement of property between the parties
i
.following their dissolution of marriage, said instrument recorded in O.R.
Book 300, Page 332.
2. That subsequently on December 19, 1978, the said JOHN W.
HUNT, a single adult, conveyed to CHARLES WM. STONE his right heretofore
by him owned individually and additionally deeded to him on December 18,
2978 by the abovesaid deed and the said transfer was-fora nominal
. consideration as appears from the. deed stamps thereon, thereby vesting
the title in CHARLES WM. STONE, who notwithstanding being married to

HETTIE D. STONE, took the title individually, as appears in instrument
recorded in O.R. Book 300, Page 333 and dated December 19, 1978.
3. That subsequently on January 31, 1979, the same said CHARLES
WM. STONE, a married adult, transferred property heretofore vested in his
name only, conveying the same to R. E. SLAY, JR. and BETTY J. SLAY, his wife,
by a Quit-claim deed recorded in O.R. Book 303, Page 2482, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
4. That the same said R. E. SLAY, JR. joined by his wife,
