the Articles of Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 303, Page 2483, to convey
a good title subject to the performance of certain conditions therein, said
conditions to be performed by the second parties, RICHARD BIGHOM and
CATHERINE BIGHOM, his wife, 505 North 14th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ i

5. That at all times during the abovesaid transfer and delivery
of property, the property was being rented or was empty and at no time

during the period of December 17, 1978 and the date of Articles of Agreement
from R. E. SLAY, JR. and BETTY J. SLAY, his wife, dated January 31, 1979,
was the property in any manner subject to homestead- law but on the contrary,
was being rented to various tenants for the entire period.
• 6. That it is not within the knowledge of the affiant as to
the nature or celibacy or conditions of the property following the Articles
of Agreement of January 31 ,1979, for that the undersigned is not in
privity with RICHARD BIGHOM and CATHERINE BIGHOM, his wife.
7. Affiant sayeth further not. ~
