AFFIDAVIT
Re: A parcel of land in Section 6, TnWIV9-IIP 34 South, Range 40 East,
. more particularly described as follows:
From the point of intersection of the east boundary line of the right
of way of U.S. Highway No. 1 and the north boundary of the NE 1/4 of
. Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, run southwesterly along
said right of way 608.35 feet for the point of beginning; thence turn
and run east 411.8 feet, more or less, to a point on the west boundary
of the right of way of State Road No. 605; thence run southeasterly a
distance of 270.0 feet along the west boundary of the right of way of
State Road No.-605; thence run west for a distance of 550.0 feet, more
or less, to a point on the east boundary of the right of way of U.S.
Highway No. l; thence run northeasterly along said right of way of U.S.
No. 1 a distance of 271.68 feet to the point of beginning.
I hereby state that I acted as closer of the transaction on the above
- described property which took place in January, 1979, and resulted in
Warranty Deed filed January 5, 1979 in Official Records Book 301,
page 98, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. I hereby
state and affirm that the above described property was not the homestead
and had not ever been the homestead of Jerome J. Stabile.
