manta of said promissory note and of this mortgage. and shall duly pay all taxes, and also insurance
premiums reasonably required, and all costa and expenses including a reasonable altornef s fee,
which said Mortgagee may incur iii collecting money secured by this mortgage, acid also in
enforcing this mortgage by suit or otherwise, then this mortgage and the estate hereby created
