AFFIDAVIT

- I, JOHN H. WALSH, do certify that I am the widower of
MILDRED M. WALSH, and that my deceased wife,-MILDRED M. WALSH,
and I were the Grantees in .that certain Deed dated October 25,
1969, executed by Francis W. Baker, an unremarried widower
and surviving spouse of Frances D. Baker, said Deed being
recorded in Official Record Book 181, page 661, public records
of St: Lucie County, Florida, covering the following described
property lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to~wit:
Lot 11, Block 79, of Indian River Estates, Unit ~9,
a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 10, page 74, of the public records of
- St. Lucie County, Florida.
- I further certify that on the date of the execution of said
Deed that-MILDRED M. WALSH was my wife and that we were never
-since divorced, and remained husband and wife until the date of
the death of MILDRED M. WALSH, who died in the County of DuPage,
State of Illinois, on May 6, 1978.
