THIS INDENTURE, made this 4th day of April

1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed
pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred
to as "Grantor"), and Harry W. Prebish and Sue Prebish, his wife

Grantee,-by acceptance hereof, and by~agreement with Grantor,
hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to-comply with
all of the covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set forth and
contained in the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not
limited-to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common
Expenses. (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Chapter 718 of .the Florida Statutes)' which may be levied against the
above-described unit.
