5. All agreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations and easements of record, if any, which may now affect
the afore-described property.

TO HAVE AND•TO HOLD the above granted, bargained and described
premises,-with the appurtenances,-unto the-said Grantee, his heirs

and assigns, to his own proper use;,benefi~t~and behoof forever,
subject as. aforesaid. -

And the said Grantor, for-itself and for its successors and
assigns, does covenant, promise and agree to .and with the said
Grantee and his heirs and assigns, that the said Grantor, at the
time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents, was-lawfully
seized of and in all and singular the above granted, bargained

or disturbance of the said Grantor; and its successors or assigns,
