Expenses. (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
.Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes)' which may be levied against the

This conveyance is made subject to the following;
1. Real Estate taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent years;
2. Applicable zoning and other governmental regulations and
ordinances, privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth
and contained in the Declaration of Condominium and all instruments
