to as "Grantor"), and Robert E. Murphy and Mary R. Murphy, his wife
whose post office address is 202 Vassar Circle, Wayne, Pa., 19087
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
W I T N E S S E T H
- That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and ether good and valuable consideration to it ~

ledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the-Grantee, and the
Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described real -

Grantee,. by acceptance hereof; and by agreement with Grantor,
hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with
all of the covenants, terms,-conditions and provisions set forth and
contained in the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not
limited. to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common
Expenses. (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,

Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes)" which may be levied against-the
above-described unit.
This conveyance is made subject to the following:
1. Real Estate taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent years;
2. Applicable zoning and other governmental regulations and
ordinances., privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth
- and contained in the Declaration. of Condominium and all instruments
therein referred to;
