LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS LEASE AGREEMENT entered into by and between DAVID E. EVANS,
doing business as OAVE'S COMMUNICATIONS, hereinafter referred to as
"Lessor" and ANSERFONE OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, INC., a Florida corporation,
hereinafter referred to as "Lessee," this 16th day of July, A. D., 1979.
WITNESSETH:
THAT for and in consideration of the covenants hereinafter set
.forth and the sums of money to be paid hereunder, and for other good
and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:
1. Lessor does hereby lease to Lessee the topmost spaces on the
tower structure owned by Lessor located at latitude 27°26'5" N and
longitude 30°21'4"W (2530 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida). The
. space leased is for the purpose of the operation and maintenance
by Lessee of a mobile phone service.
2. The term of this lease shall be for a period of ten (10) years
commencing upon the date of receipt of approval. from the Federal Cormun_i-
cations Commission of the use of said tower space by Lessee for the
purposes hereinabove stated.
3. Lessee shall have the option to renew this lease upon the
same terms and conditions as herein stated in this lease for an
additional ten (10) year period upon giving the Lessor at least ninety (90)
days' written notice prior to the expiration of the term of this lease.
4. Lessee shall pay to Lessor a•monthly rental of $75.00 per
antenna per month, said monthly rental payment being due and payable on
the 15th day of each and every month during the term of this lease.
5. Lessee shall have free access to the station facilities
and said tower structure for the purpose of_n~aintenance and repair to
Lessee's antenna attached to said tower structure.
5. It is understood by and between the parties: hereto that
Lessee is to use the premises noted herein solely ,for the purposes `
related to the operation of Lessee's mobile phone service. Lessee will
