not use, nor suffer nor permit to be used, the premises or any part
thereof for any other purpose or in any manner in violation of any
applicable law, regulation or ordinance of any governmental body without
first obtaining special permission of_the proper officials or other
duly constituted authorities of such governmental body.
7. The antenna, transmission lines, transmitting equipment
and all other associated equipment shall be and remain the property
of Lessee and shall be repaired and maintained by Lessee at the expense
of Lessee.
Upon the termination of this lease, Lessee shall promptly
remove all of its equipment from the tower structure and from the
premises or Lessor at no cost to Lessor. .
9. Any notice, consent, approval or request provided for herein
must be in writing, mailed to the parties at the following addresses:

10. This agreement is subject to all rules, regulations and
orders of the Federal Communications Commission now or hereafter in force;
and neither party hereto shall be required to furnish any performance
hereunder which would be a violation of any such rule, regulation or
order.
ll: If any clause, sentence, paragraph or part of this agreement
or the application thereof, shall, for any reason, be adjudged by a c8urt
or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to 6e invalid, such judgment
shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder of this agreement
or the application thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to '
the clause, sentence or paragraph, or part thereof, directly involved in
the controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered and to
