LEASE AGREE~SENT
THIS LEASE AGREEMENT entered into by and between DAVID E. EVANS,
doing business as DAVE'S COJdMt)NICATIONS, hereinafter referred to as
"Lessor" and TEL-PAGE, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred
to as "Lessee" this day of April A.D., 1980.
W I T N E S S E T H
THAT for and in consideration of the covenants hereinafter set
forth and the sums of money to be paid hereunder, and for other good '
and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:
_ 1. Lessor does hereby lease to Lessee all of the spaces on
the tower structure owned by Lessor located at latitude 2?°26'5" N and
longitude 80021'4"W (2530 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida), except
the two topmost spaces leased to ANSERFONE OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,. INC.
under lease dated July 16, 1979 and except antenna spaces to be used by
Lessor. The space leased is for the purpose of the operation and
maintenance by Lessee of a paging system.
2. The term of this lease shall be for a period of ten (10)
years commencing upon the date of receipt of approval from the Federal '
Communications Commission of the use of said tower space by Lessee for
the Purposes hereinabove stated.
3. Lessee shall have the option to renew this lease upon the
same terms and conditions as herein stated in this lease for an
additional ten (10)year period upon giving the Lessor at least ninety
(90) days' written notice prior to the expiration of the term of this
lease.
4. Lessee shall pay to Lessor a monthly rental of X75.00 per
antenna per month, said monthly rental payment being due and payable on
the 15th day of each and every month during the term of this lease.
5. Lessee shall have free access to the station facilities
and said tower structure for the purpose of maintenance and repair to
Lessee's antenna attached to said tower structure.
