Court, in the Township of Lakewood, County of Ocean and State
of New Jersey, being aware of the certainty of death and the
uncertainty-of the time thereof, do hereby make, publish and
declare this instrument to be my Last Will .and Testament, in
manner and form following •
F~R_S~ I hereby revoke and annul any and all Wills,
Testaments or Codicils made by me at any time heretofore
_~~9~; I direct that my just debts and .funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my death as may be done conveniently
~I~_•_ All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether the same be real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever

in equal shares, to my daughter-in-law, BARBARA J. ALSOPJ
and~the children of the marriage of my son, ROBERT_ J._ALSOP,
and my daughter-in-law, ~RBARA J. AI,SOP~ whether natural born

or adopted, or to the survivors of them.-- -
FOUP,~H_ Should any beneficiary who becomes entitled to
a share in my residuary estate be under the age of twenty-five
~ ~5L years at the tine he or she becomes so entitled, then I
direct that my TRUSTEE hereinafter named shall hold said share
in trust and invest and reinvest the same, collect and receive
~ the rents, issues, income and profits therefrom, and accumulate
said 'income or pay the same, together with such part or parts
of corpus or principal, from time to time, to said beneficiary
or to others for his or her benefit as said TRUSTrEs in her
