as sole TRUSTEE of each trust fund created under this Will.
I direct that neither my EXFCUTOR~ nor my ~'RUST~E~ nor their
successors, shall be required to furnish any bond or other
surety for the faithful performance of his or her duties in
any jurisdiction whatsoever

and his successor, to sell, mortgage, lease, convey or develop
any and all real estate. of which I die seized or possessed,
wheresoever situate, at such time or times, at such price or
prices and upon such terms as to him or her shall appear to
