Revocable Trust, pursuant to instrument dated April 12, 1979, of
209 South Maple Avenue, Webster Groves,. Missouri 63119, parties
of the second part, witnesseth:
That the party of the first part, for and in consideration
.of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), to him in hand paid by the
parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has quitclaimed to the parties of the second part,
.their successors and assigns forever, the following described
land, to wit:
A tract or parcel of land located in St. Lucie -
County, State of Florida described as follows:
Unit F, Parcel 1, of Villa del Sol, Inc., a
condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Condominium Book 1, pages 1 through 5, and Unit F,
Tract 1, according to the amended plot plan of
Villa del Sol, a condominium recorded in Condominium
Book 1 pages 6 through 10, of the Public Records~of
St. Lucie County,.Florida, together with an undivided
i share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
