and undistributed income, to such person, and if such person
shall die before attaining the age of twenty-one (21) years, ~

the corpus, together with any accumulated and undistributed ~
income, shall be paid over to the estate of such person. The - s
authority conferred upon the Trustees by this article shall be
i
construed as a power only, and shall not operate to suspend the
absolute ownership of such property by such person or to t
i
prevent the absolute vesting thereof in such person. With
i
respect to the administration of any such property which shall
i
vest in absolute ownership in such person, and which shall be
s
held by the Trustees as authorized in this article, the
Trustees shall have all the powers vested in them under the
provisions of Article VI hereof.
VI. Trustees' Powers. The. Trustees hereunder shall have f
the following powers, all of which may be exercised without
order of or report to any Court:
(A) To hold and continue to hold as an investment the

property received hereunder, and any additional property which
may be received by the Trustees so long as the Trustees shall
deem proper, and to invest and reinvest in any securities or
property (domestic or foreign), including any common trust
funds established by any corporate Trustee, deemed by the
j Trustees to be for the best interest of the trusts and the
beneficiaries hereunder, without being limited to trust or
~ chancery investments provided by law.
(B) To rent or lease any property of the trusts for such
time and u on such. terms and for such price or prices as in the

Trustees' sole discretion and judgment may seem just and proper

E and for the best interest of the trusts and the beneficiaries

hereunder, irrespective of the provisions of any statute or of
i
the termination of any trust.
j (C) To sell and convey any of the property of the trusts.
or any interest therein, or to exchange the same for other
` property, for such price or prices and upon such terms as in
