(N) To determine the manner in which the expenses incidental to or in connection with the administration of the trusts shall be apportioned as between corpus and income. (O) To determine the allocation of receipts between corpus and income and to apportion extraordinary and stock dividends between corpus and income, provided such allocation or apportionment is not inconsistent with the beneficial enjoyment of trust property accorded to a life tenant or remainderman under the general principles of the' law of trusts, and provided that all rights to subscribe to new or additional stock or securities and all liquidating dividends shall be deemed to be corpus. (P) To make any division or distribution required under the terms of this trust agreement in kind or in money, or partly in kind and partly in money, and to that end to allot to any trust such stock, securities, or other property, real or personal, as to the Trustees seems proper in the Trustees' sole and absolute discretion; and the Trustees' judgment as to the . value of such stock, securities, or other property so alloted shall be conclusive and binding on all parties. The Trustees shall not be required to make physical division of the funds except when necessary for distribution of corpus, but may in their discretion keep the corpus of the trust in one or more consolidated funds in which the separate trusts have undivided . , interests. The Trustees shall not be required to make any provisions on account of the diminution or increase in value of any securities or investments at any time constituting a part of the trusts herein created, or for depreciation in res-sect of any tangible property, or for the purpose of amortizing or making good any amounts paid in premiums in the purchase of securities or of any othet property.
