hereunder.
XI. General Administrative Provisions. The following
general provisions shall apply;
(A) Notice to Trustees. Until the Trustees shall
receive written notice of any event upon which the right to
payment from any trust hereunder may depend, the Trustees shall
incur no liability to persons whose interests may have been
affected by that event for disbursements made in good faith.
(B) Spendthrift. No beneficiary hereunder shall have
power to assign, transf er, encumber or otherwise anticipate or
dispose of any interest he or she may have in property held in
this trust estate, either principal or income, and any such
assignment, transf er, encumbrance, or other attempted
anticipation or disposition thereof shall be void and of no
effect; and no interest or right of such beneficiary in and to
any property held in any such trust estate hereunder, either
principal or income, shall be subject to garnishment,
attachment or any other legal or equitable process based on or
otherwise relating to any~debt or liability of such beneficiary.
(C) Rule Against Perpetuities. Any provision herein
to the contrary notwithstanding, each and every trust created
herein, unless terminated prior thereto by the terms of said
trust, shall terminate twenty-one (21) years after the death of
the last to survive of such of Grantor's descendants as shall
be living at the time of the Grantor's death. The corpus and
undistributed income of any trust which shall terminate by
virtue of the provisions of this paragraph shall upon such
termination be distributed free of trust to the beneficiary of
the income thereof in the same proportions in which he or she
is then receiving or is then entitled to the benefit of such
income.
(D) Distributions to Persons Under Disability or to
Minors. Any distributions by the Trustees to or for the
