(4) Grantor's Children. By reference to the
"Grantor's children" as that term .may be used herein, the
Grantor refers to BARBARA M. BANEK, MARK W. MINNE' and ERIC M.
MINNE' .
(G) Interpretation. Wherever used herein, and to the
extent appropriate, the masculine, feminine or neuter gender
shall include the other two genders, the singular shall include
the plural, and the plural shall include the singular.
(R) Governing Law; Separability. The validtity and
construction of any provision of this trust shall be governed
by the laws of the State of Missouri. If any provision of this
trust instrument shall be invalid or unenforceable, the y
remaining provisions hereof shall subsist and be carried into
effect.
(I) Bond. The Grantor directs that any Trustee
hereunder shall not be required to give any bond or other
security for the faithful performance of his, her- or its duty.
(J) Name of Trust. The name of this Trust shall be
the "GERALD M. MINNE' REVOCABLE TRUST".
XII. Modification of Trust Agreement. It is agreed that
the Grantor may, by instrument in writing delivered to the
Trustees modify or alter this Agreement in whole or in part or -
terminate this Agreement in its entirety, provided that the
duties, powers and liabilities of the Trustees, and any
compensation paid to the Trustees, shall not be changed without
the written consent of the Trustees.
XIII. Power ~ of Removal of Trustee. After the death of
Grantor, Grantor's children who are at least twenty-one (21)
years of age and not legally incompetent shall have .the power
at any time and from time to time to remove a corporate Trustee
who is then serving (or to appoint a successor to a resigning
corporate Trustee), by notice in writing signed by a majority
of such children and delivered to the corporate Trustee, provided
that. in such notice of removal (or designation of a successor
