Trustee) such children shall appoint an accepting successor
corporate Trustee which shall be a bank or trust company having
trust powers and trust assets under management of at least
Seventy-Five Million Dollars ($75,000,000.00).
XIV. Insurance Proceeds. Grantor agrees that upon his
death the proceeds of each policy of insurance then subject
hereto shall be paid to the Trustees hereunder, and that the
Trustees shall receive and receipt for such proceeds and may
take any action and institute any suitor proceeding deemed by
them appropriate in order to enforce any such policy and the
collection of the proceeds thereof, and in the event of
controversy or litigation over the collection of any policy,
may adjust, compromise or otherwise settle any such controversy
or contest concerning said policy or the collection thereof,.
provided that the Trustees need not, except at their option, _
enter upon or maintain any litigation to enforce any such
policy until they shall have been indemnified to their
satisfaction against all expense to which they may be subjected
by any such action on their part. .The net proceeds of
insurance and other property received hereunder shall be added
to the trust estate, which shall be held by said Trustees for
the uses and.purposes and subject to the terms and conditions
hereinabove set forth.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto subscribed his
name as Grantor, and the Trustees, as evidence of their consent
to act as Trustees, have executed this instrument as of the day ~
