ASSIGNMENT OF SUBLEASE
and
ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GERALD M. MINNE,
of 209 South Maple Avenue, Webster Groves, Missouri 63119, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, and other valuable considerations,
hereby assigns, transfers and sets over unto GERALD M. MINNE
and MABK W. MIIIIB' , THUSTBBS of the G$&lL M. MIPII~'
REVOCABLE TRUST-of 209 South Maple Avenue, Webster Groves, Missouri
63119, all right, title and interest acquired under that certain
Sublease (hereinafter called the "Sublease") by and between Villa
del Sol, Inc. and Margaret M. Hill and Burton F. Hill, recorded.
in-Official Record Book 231, Page 182, of the public records of
the County of St. Lucie, Florida, by reason of a certain Assignment
of Sublease executed the I7th day of July, 1978, by and between
Burton F. Hill and Margaret M. Hill and Gerald M. Minne, said
Assignment of Sublease having beem recorded in Official Record
Book 312,-Page 633, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida,-to have and to hold the same to the said GERALD M. MINNE
- and MARK W. MIL~IlIS' as T8US78ES of the GBBALD M. MINI'
REVOCABLE TRUST and its successors, assigns and personal repre-

~ sentatives from the date hereof, for and during the remainder of
the term thereof subject to the covenants, conditions and provi-
sions therein mentioned.
I warrant that all .payments due to Villa del Sol, Inc., - -
under the terms of the Sublease have been paid -in -full to the
