GERALD M..MINNE, REVOCABLE TRUST, hereinafter called the grantor, to 7'
BREMNER GRAY and ELEANOR GRAY, Husband and Wife, whose postoffice address is

hereinafter called the grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include
all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum

whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,

to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 1, pages 1
through 5, and Unit F, Tract 1, according to the amended plot
plan of Villa del Sol, a condominium recorded in Condominium _ i
Book 1, pages 6 through 10, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common
elements appurtenant thereto.

Subject to Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached
thereto O.R. Book 182, page 1323, of the Public Records of I
St. Lucie County, Florida, which grantee assumes and agrees to
observe and perform.
Subject to an unrecorded Rental Agreement by and between
Gerald M. Minne, Lessor, and James Patterson and Laura Patterson, -
Lessees, expiring April 30, 1980. _
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances ~
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO-HOI~, the same in fee simple forever.

AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor

is lawfully seized of said land in fee simile; that the grantor has good right
and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the grantor hereby
