ASSIGNMENT OF SUBLEASE
and
ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT

Trustees of the GERALD M. MINNE REVOCABLE TRUST (hereinafter called
the "Trust"), of 209 South Maple Avenue, Webster Groves, Missouri -
63119, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00),

the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other valuable
- considerations, hereby assigns, transfers and sets over unto

all right, title and. interest

acquired by the Trust in and to that certain Sublease (hereinafter ~
called the "Sublease") dated August 20, 1974, by and between Villa
del Sol, Inc. and Margaret M. Hill and Burton F. Hill, recorded in
Official Record Book 231, Page 182, of the public records of the
County of St. Lucie, Florida, by reason of a certain Assignment

by and between GERALD M. MINNE and the Trust, said Assignment of ~
Sublease having been recorded in Official Record Book Page
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to have
and to hold the same to the said BRENIIJER GRAY and ELEANOR GRAY and

from-the date hereof, for and during the remainder of the term

thereof subject to the covenants, conditions and provisions therein
mentioned. -
~ I warrant that all payments due to Villa del Sol, Inc.,
