ASSUMPTION OF SUBLEASE
BREMNER GRAY and ELEANOR GRAY, in consideration of the
above assignment and written consent of the Sublessor thereto,
hereby accept the same, and assume and agree to make all the
payments and perform all of the agreements and conditions of
said Sublease by the Sublessee to be performed, this day of
1980.
