It is hereby agreed between the parties hereto that if the ~
mortgagor, subsequent to the date of this mortgage, conveys, ;
contracts or attempts to sell the above described mortgaged ~ t
property in any manner whatsoever while said property is mort- ,
j gaged to the mortgagee and without the written consent of the
~ mortgagee then, and in such event, the whole sum of pricipal cry
and interest of the debt secured by this mortgage shall at the ..-4---.
