FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

I~ This-cause having heretofore come on for trial and the

~i respective parties hereto having appeared before this Court i

with Counsel and the Court having taken testimony of the parties

and heard the evidence herein, and the Court having given full
consideration to all the evicence, finds and determines: This
-Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
I suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
fj the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is

irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

I; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDWARD N.
a
j FULFORD and JANICE LEE FULFORD be and the same is hereby dissolved;
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from they
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
f 2. CUSTODY. Custody of BRENDA LEE FULFORD and STEPHANIE S.
~ ~ FULFORD, minor children of-the parties, is hereby awarded to
I JANICE LEE FULFORD with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
EDWARD N. FULFORD which shall include every other weekend, one
evening during the week, alternate holidays, to-wit: Easter,

Thanksgiving, Christmas and children's birthdays and six weeks
during the summer vacation.
€ - 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 25th of April, 1980, EDWARD N.

SULLIVAN
aNDCOBB FULFORD shall pay to JANICE LEE FULFORD the sum of $50.00 per weekl,
