FULFORD, ~ ' Husband, and JANICE LEE FULFORD, Wife. i FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE i I~ This-cause having heretofore come on for trial and the l~ ~i respective parties hereto having appeared before this Court i i~ with Counsel and the Court having taken testimony of the parties .j and heard the evidence herein, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evicence, finds and determines: This -Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this I suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between fj the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is I 2 irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: i; t I; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDWARD N. a j FULFORD and JANICE LEE FULFORD be and the same is hereby dissolved; and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from they bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. f 2. CUSTODY. Custody of BRENDA LEE FULFORD and STEPHANIE S. ~ ~ FULFORD, minor children of-the parties, is hereby awarded to I JANICE LEE FULFORD with reasonable visitation rights reserved to EDWARD N. FULFORD which shall include every other weekend, one evening during the week, alternate holidays, to-wit: Easter, F Thanksgiving, Christmas and children's birthdays and six weeks during the summer vacation. € - 3.
