Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to JANICE LEE FULFORD. In addition, there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
i cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
+ ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing -

and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect ~
I 4. ALIMONY. Commencing the 1st day of May, 1980, EDWARD N.
FULFORD shall pay to JANICE LEE FULFORD the sum of $75.00 per
i - 1
month for a period of six (6) months as rehabilitative alimony.
i Each payment shall be made to-the Clerk of this Court in the same
manner as the child support as hereinabove set forth.
5. MEDICAL EXPENSES. EDWARD N. FULFORD shall be responsible!

for all reasonable medical expenses, including drugs, dentists, j
hospitals and doctors,-which may be necessary for-the care and ~ -
i
health of the minor children of the parties.

S. ADDITIONAL MEDICAL EXPENSES. JANICE LEE FULFORD-has ~
incurred injuries as a result of an altercation which took place
! between the Husband and the Wife and EDWARD N. FULFORD shall pay
all reasonable medical bills incurred by the Wife and hold her
i
harmless therefrom.
6. ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines that the ~
e
Husband, EDWARD N. FULFORD, should be responsible for a reasonable;-
portion of the attorney's fees incurred by the Wife and that he i
t
should pay towards the Wife's attorney's fees the sum of $250.00
within thirty (30) days from date hereof.

7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
i
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders i

as may be proper..
