ORDER I
This cause coming on for hearing on the Wife's Petition i
I
for Modification of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of f
Marriage and the Wife having appeared before the Court with ~
Counsel and the Husband having appeared before this Court I
with Counsel, and the Court, after having considered testimony
i
of the respective parties and after having heard argument of j
i
Counsel and the Court finding that there has been a material !
change in circumstances and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1, That the Husband, EDWARD S. BRITCHER, shall pay to the
Wife, SANDRA L. BRITCHER, as support for the minor children of
the parties, the sum of $110.00 per month per child commencing
the 1st day of May, 1980 and continuing each and every month
thereafter. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this

Court and by him remitted promptly to SANDRA L. BRITCHER. In i
i
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory 4
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All pay-
ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
~ advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this Order is in effect.
~ 2. The Husband is ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney,

Charles A. Sullivan, Esq., the sum of $150.00 representing j
SULLIVAN
